What is OVRSZD's Exchange policy?
OVRSZD sweats are designed to support your peak performance. If they don’t meet your expectations or have any defects, we’ve got your back.
You can exchange items within 3 days of receiving your full order. Requests made beyond this period won’t be accepted, and the items will be sent back, with shipping costs charged to the customer.
Exchanges are accepted only if the item remains unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. If the products are not returned in their original condition (have been used, or show signs of wear) the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the product's cost.
Shipping Policy for Exchanges
All exchanges must be processed exclusively through OVRSZD’s designated shipping partners. Customers are not permitted to choose their own shipping method.
How do I exchange an OVRSZD purchase?

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide:
. A return shipping label
. Instructions on how the exchange process will take place
(usually through our delivery partner)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Can I exchange an item more than once?
Items may only be exchanged once.
